Role Summary

Aubay are seeking a Junior Onboarding Coordinator to support the Programme Manager with onboarding processes. This person will be responsible for ensuring successful and efficient onboarding/off-boarding of employees for the UK branch of a Super Major Energy company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with the right aptitude and motivation to gain professional experience in an administrative role.


This role will be primarily remote, but successful candidate must be based in London.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience working with Excel
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills
  • Demonstrable experience employing their interpersonal/communication skills/organisational skills


The Ideal Candidate Will Have…

  • 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role
  • Can demonstrate that they are ambitious to take the next step in their career
  • Degree related to business administration would be advantageous


Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Programme Manager and be their ‘go-to’ person for on boarding & off boarding processes
  • Take ownership of onboarding processes to ensure successful and efficient onboarding of new employees
  • Liaising with new hires and internal departments to coordinate onboarding requirements and processes
